How to Create a Beautiful Change in Your Life

In modern times, bringing about balance in life can be a big challenge.

Be it a work-life balance, a balanced diet, a balance in absolutely anything: it can just be quite a tough proposition. This usually leads to stress and related problems.

If a person wants to bring about a beautiful balance in life and navigate through life with precision and joy, then something I’ve been lucky to stumble upon may be the answer for you.

It’s a ‘new’ yet ancient practice and process that has its’ deep roots in the Vedic wisdom of the Himalayas and ancient India. It’s unlike anything else I’ve ever tried. I feel very lucky to have changed my life so beautifully with something called ‘Yoga of Immortals’.

The founder of Yoga of Immortals (YOI), Ishan Shivanand is a Himalayan monk who has spent close to 30 years travelling worldwide to master and teach these powerful transformational processes for human health, prosperity and wellness to regular audiences as well as to many Fortune 500 companies. My YOI practice has changed my life so positively by transforming me into a much more balanced, peaceful and joyful person. I am very much healthier and happier!

It is not only my own life that has been transformed so positively, the lives of many people around me who have decided to give YOI a try have experienced and continue to experience amazing results too.

These ancient YOI protocols sourced directly from the yogis of the Himalayas and ancient India have been scientifically proven by a team of global medical doctors to diminish anxiety, depression and insomnia tremendously in just 3 to 8 short weeks of daily practice. The results were quite astounding. In the 1,000 participants of the study (June 2020) the results were: an 82% reduction and normalization of sleep patterns in people with moderate to severe insomnia; a 75% decrease in moderate to severe anxiety; a 72% reduction in depression symptoms in people with moderate to severe depression; and finally, a 77% improvement in their quality of life. This ‘new’ trend called YOI has changed hundreds of thousands of lives worldwide and the numbers of people transforming their lives for the better with YOI continues to grow. The recent YOI scientific study (2020) completed during the pandemic has proven this.

There is one recent incident relating to the powerful benefits of YOI that I would like to share. Among the many sessions or programs available from Yoga of Immortals, a friend of mine and I decided to register for an on-line YOI program this past April.

One day before the YOI program, my friend tested positive for Covid-19. Of course her family and friends were quite concerned and worried. I told them to let her attend the Yoga of Immortals program the next day anyway. It was a two day YOI program. On the first day my friend could hardly sit up for more than ten minutes at a stretch. She was having a hard time but she still managed to complete the first day’s program. By the end of the first day she began feeling much better. The second day she was able to sit up for the YOI session the whole day and attend the program with absolute ease! She even sat through the program blissfully. She recovered quickly and completely from Covid-19 using these powerful YOI protocols and was absolutely fine! Even today she joyfully recollects how wonderful it is to be connected to YOI and follow the protocols in her daily routine.

This is but one of the many positive happenings I have heard in which Yoga of Immortals works wonders with people on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental. Many lives have positively changed completely by practising YOI. In all situations that dot my own life, it has been my experience that YOI enhances, heals and transforms everything into balance and beauty. It has also helped many people to lead a more complete, joyful and balanced life where before ‘chaos’ seemed to rule. YOI practice permits a person to become healthier physically and mentally and more easily reach their goals by enabling the person to release deep seated negative emotions, beliefs and traumas of the past that no longer serve them. I feel my own life is more successful, fulfilled and complete with my daily YOI practice.

The ancient Yoga of Immortals practice and protocols of the Himalayas and ancient India used to be only passed down to one single person per generation. Due to the world wide need of the hour, YOI is now being shared with the masses as many people need something powerful to help them to easily transform their lives and bring positivity on all levels into the world.
