A Bolt from the Blue! – How a young woman found her voice

This is the true to life story of a girl living in India in a small town with life full of aggression, anxiety, stress and where highly distressing experiences abounded indeed. This is also the story of how the ‘new’ yet ancient practice of Yoga of Immortals completely and powerfully changed this girl’s life.

Let us start at the beginning… it all began back in her childhood with a great feeling of loneliness, of not being heard by anyone around her. Because of her negative psychic impressions and emotional traumas, she created a situation where she felt that there was no one she could turn to in order to express her deepest feelings. This so that she could feel better in the situation she found herself born into. She felt completely and utterly unable to express herself and her emotions. Gradually, the distressing emotions she was experiencing on a regular basis started manifesting and appearing in her physical body. As she was unable to express herself freely, safely or confidently, it is of no surprise of the location in her body where these highly charged unexpressed emotions began to manifest: of course, in her throat area. This, in the form of a chronic sore throat and swollen tonsils.

Fast forward six months into the future: her unexpressed traumatic emotions still had no outlet. These negative emotions and traumas of hers were frozen in her body: trapped just like an ancient insect caught in prehistoric amber.  This chronic lack of expression led to tonsillitis which seriously affected her vocal cords. She experienced severe pain and even temporary loss of her voice. Over these six months of being unable to speak, she filled herself with such an intense rage which caused her chronic case of tonsillitis to be also triggered by sour and spicy foods as well as pungent smells.

This lovely girl kept experiencing more and more negative symptoms in her body from this inability to express herself due to all of this emotional trauma which she had created for herself. For example, foods which she had been able to eat beforehand, she became allergic to. Then, even more distressing events happened in her life. She also began consuming regularly prescribed painkillers and antibiotics every three months and sometimes even more frequently – it became what seemed an unending cycle of hoping to heal and then having her hopes dashed as each course of medical treatment failed to treat her problem at the root level.

What to do? How to heal she asked herself over and over… What can I do to heal and cure my condition that I have not tried as yet? There must be something out there for me that will give me my life back! A deep feeling of desperation permeated her life… How can I heal? What am I missing? There has to be something that will help me…

This went on for twenty years.

Not one of the medical treatments or therapies worked for her in the twenty long years she suffered. The treatments she endured were only giving her temporary symptomatic relief and the only solution which was advised was an invasive surgery.  However, she did not feel that this course of action was for her ultimate good. There just had to be another way…

One day she decided she did not want to be the victim of this situation any longer and continued looking for a solution that would release this physical dis-ease at its’ root. This wonderful girl was ready for a solution and would not stop until she found it. But did it even exist, she wondered…

Finally, one day, after twenty long years, she felt something new was arriving just for her – founder of ‘Yoga of Immortals’, Ishan Shivanand came into her life. Just out of the blue! She could feel that something different was coming to her. Perhaps this would finally assist her in releasing these negative emotions and traumas which had a hold of her and her physicality? Perhaps these ‘Yoga of Immortals’ processes would assist her in releasing these deep seated traumas and she could become perfectly healthy again? Learning these ‘Yoga of Immortals’ processes and specific powerful exercises (called kriyas) based on ancient Himalayan protocols and deepest of meditations (called ‘sadhana’) changed her life forever!

This girl, now a wonderful young woman, had such a powerful, effective and thrilling experience with the ‘Yoga of Immortals’ founder, Ishan Shivanand and Dr. Shivanand. At the meditation retreat, she went through a process called ‘prati prasav’ which is a highly advanced, ancient yogic technique practiced, mastered and guided by the Yoga of Immortals masters. The Yoga of Immortals ‘prati prasav’ releases negative emotions and traumas resulting in a great clarity, wonderful health and an ability to manifest goals. Through these ancient and powerful processes of Yoga of Immortals, she was finally able to release her negative emotions and deep traumas which were triggering her past ill health and problems.

Even after attending the ‘Yoga of Immortals’ event, she was living her life the same way as before: avoiding ANY kind of sour or spicy foods. Yet one day, she felt tempted to eat a wonderful delicacy of India that she had not had in years: a piece of spicy mango pickle prepared by her Mom. One of her favorites! She just could not stop herself from eating that delicacy her Mom had made for the family… It was so good to her! After eating the offending food, she wondered a bit frantically if it would once again trigger the sore throat and tonsillitis? To say she was nervous about this possibility would be an understatement! Well guess what? She woke up the next morning, after the ‘Yoga of Immortals’ sessions, very healthy and full of energy without ANY symptoms in her throat at all! Practicing ‘Yoga of Immortals’ protocols had worked absolute wonders on her and released all the negative emotions and traumas which were causing this long term illness which had lasted twenty long years. These negative emotions and traumas were released at the root source by her practicing ‘Yoga of Immortals’ protocols. She was ecstatic at this amazing 180 degree turnabout in her life which happened finally in a very short time of practicing ‘Yoga of Immortals’ protocols.

Fast forward to over two years from that date with destiny – that “bolt from the blue!” of her ‘Yoga of Immortals’ session, and this lovely young woman is still very healthy and has not even taken one single painkiller or antibiotic for her past chronic throat condition. ‘Yoga of Immortals’ has worked absolute wonders for her!

You may be thinking: “What exactly is ‘Yoga of Immortals’?

‘Yoga of Immortals’ (YoI) is a combination of Yogic Breath Work and Sadhana sourced directly from the yogi masters of the Himalayas and ancient India from thousands and thousands of years of practice. There actually is no word in the English language for the word ‘sadhana’. A description of ‘sadhana’ is a very, very deep method of meditation sourced directly from the yogi masters which is a practice which is very ancient and effective. It is a very powerful practical method which can effectively release the negative emotions and traumas from a person’s energy system on all levels: the physical level, the emotional level and the mental level. Sadhana is the process of going within to understand the Self, discover one’s purpose in life and ultimately walk the path towards self-realization. Sadhana is different from meditation in that it is not a single technique or a set of techniques but a continued holistic practice that has been mastered and guided by the yogi Masters for thousands of years.

It is considered by many who have been practicing it, and who have tried many other practices, to be one of the most powerful and effective sadhana for them to release deep seated traumas, anxiety, depression and negative emotions one may accumulate in a lifetime or even on a daily basis. ‘Yoga of Immortals’ is a very ancient method of Yogic Breathwork and Sadhana which was and is practiced by the great ancient and present day Himalayan Yogis of India. YoI Protocols have been designed in such a way as to allow an immense flow of Life Giving Force (called ‘Prana’ in Sanskrit language) into the person’s system. This greatly enhances the effect of positive life giving energy into the person’s body and subtle energy system which allows for the negative emotions or trauma to be released.

‘Yoga of Immortals’ is about becoming a healthy, peaceful and happy human being, having harmonious relationships with your family and loved ones as well as those around you. It is also about tuning your frequency to ‘Your True Self’. It is about becoming ‘One’ with everything around you and feeling positively connected with the Universe, the Cosmic Consciousness or as some may say, simply being connected fully with the Life Force Energy that makes a beautiful flower grow.
